Num pad Zero while right shifting to sprint will not jump

I use the right half of my keyboard(25 year old habit) arrows to move, num zero to jump, right shift to sprint. For some reason this combo does not allow me to sprint and jump at the same time? Both keys work alone(i.e. sprint or jump) but you cannot do both for some reason.

have you tested it with using the toggle to sprint option instead of push-to-sprint?

(in the gameplay menu is a tickbox that means you press the key once to start sprinting permanently, and again to start walking permanently etc instead of holding the key to sprint)

I also use the "proper" keys and had the same issue. The toggle sprint suggestion above has fixed it for me.
