Collision for oil pump is inconsistent with model

This is an extremely minor bug.

One of the "tanks" on the oil pump allows collision (i.e., the player can stand on it) while the other does not.

Warning: I was watching the Yogscast play Don't Starve when I noticed this, so that audio is in the video.
