Audio feedback on power outage always seems near, even when far from any building or circuit

The audio feedback for a power outage always seems to come from somewhere around you, even when far from any power related buildings and such, which is quite weird, as it appears to be coming from the biomass burners.

Suggestion: change the audio feedback to something that could come from the suit and maybe add a direct short and clearly visible feedback to the screen, like that for item pickup but in red. Alternatively an blinking icon in one of the top corners.
