Would it be possible to get a side scroll for milestones?

Side Scroll Bar for Milestones would be nice as it stands in my current game I can't craft fabric cause I can't access the milestone to unlock it in tier 1 once the milestone list is full I have scanned the item that is required to get the milestone that unlocks fabric crafting, but it doesn't show in tier 1. I was able to get it in a separate game because my milestone list for tier 1 wasn't full, but again in this game, I am not. I have completed Utility, Logistics, Personal Storage, Object Scanner: Nut, Object Scanner: Berry, Overclock Production. Conveyor Walls is not yet finished, but with all this in tier 1 milestone I can't get the Fabric milestone
