The requirements in the manufacturer for crafting a computer a kinda weird, i doesnt need normal numbers like: 2 6 8 but it need 9.345 for examle (Im not sure if im correct xD)
And when you try to speed it up the numbers starts getting weirder and weirder... It would be nice to fix that :D

You can hit ratios that fit fine with some overclocking and splitting and what not.
I think it's supposed to be a little harder to hit a perfect ratio in the later tiers, but it's certainly not impossible (I've done it myself).
