Chainsaw should not destroy things if your inventory is full

When using your chainsaw and your inventory is full, it will simply destroy the stuff you are chopping down. It should either prevent you from using your chainsaw, not destroy the things you are trying to chop down or drop stuff on the ground to be picked up later.

I think it should, but overflow should drop on the floor.
