I think it would be interesting, and even better to see the way at night, adding lights on the cars

The vehicles already have lights. You can toggle them on/off using V keybinding (same as light for when you're not in a vehicle).

HOWEVER... The lights on vehicles bug out right now. After a while (one theory is it's when the game auto saves) you won't be able to turn them on though (at least not until you reload your game).
