New buildings icon stuck in the gui

The icon appeared once I've finish tier 0-1-2 with the jump pads as a final research, without building the space elevator.

It seems to be stuck, as it stays in place even when I open my inventory, machines, craft benches.

After a restart of the game the icon disappears.

August 28th update: We've removed downvotes!
