closed Miner snapping

It would be nice to add foundation that can be placed on minning nods to snap miner on them. Something like classic 8x2 foundation with hole in it for miner to drill through. I like my factories nice and tidy, But without option to snap miner properly it's kinda difficult.

you CAN build foundations on the resource nodes. I do it on every one that is close to my main build, it snaps it at 90 degrees so you can line it up nice and spiffy with the production line.
