When changing the option "Full screen" in "Video" settings, the mouse input seems to be offset. In this screenshot, the mouse cursor was positioned below the button, yet the button is selected  (mouse cursor wasn't captured, but was positioned where the red circle is drawn). With buttons positioned at the bottom of the screen, it isn't possible to select them.

that is really strange? have you tried changing the resolution to something bigger and seeing if that goes away?

what is your current resolution and settings?

also for me i had to update my GPU driver before the game started working for me... but thats because i was behind by two updates..... xD

I had the same issue and thought it was because of multi moinitors. To correct it I had to disconnect my other monitors. A few days later I tried to recreate it so I could properly set up a bug report and what do you know it didn’t happen again and I have been running in full screen since.
