The map look great with all its fancy topography but it is disappointing how it is made to be easy to drive around. Instead of providing ways through forests, ramps, stone bridges, cave passages, provide players with opportunities to build their own and cut their own ways through trees and rocks.
Additionally please consider basic structural strength of buildings by counting number of parts from grounding foundation - graph based node distance counting while placing and deleting parts. With different part strengths of different material tiers (node values), pillars and beams for efficient shift/transfer of anchoring point. Deleting parts should include all parts left without connection to ground anchor point, with warning and undo option.
Please consider requirements and occasions to export products outside of factory. Higher tier machines placed at a distance could require materials to operate, for example oil drill could require iron plates (for barrels) or steel pipes, geothermal generator some kind of chemicals.
There could be special points on map providing some benefits like access to technology/blueprints while supplied with materials, excavation points maybe, cave passages could be sealed unless building materials for excavation are supplied.
Please consider possibility to place “holes” in the ground, similar how foundations work - concave box placed below ground surface. Its tricky with collision surfaces, edges, joining adjacent boxes, but probably doable.
