Double-click are not added power shard to overclock slot of miners/oil pumps

Power shards are not added to the overclocking panel in the menu of miners and oil pumps by double-clicking from the inventory on stack, and are not removed into inventory from overclocking slot, respectively; Only drug-n-drop work normal.

With another object like Assemblers, Smelter  double-click work fine (adding 1 Power shard if overclocking slot is empty and removing it to inventory).

Actual for v95718 - v98611

Actual for latest build, with fuel generator 2click not work too...
