Experimental Build 98904 has in the patch notes "Removed Compass Icon of locally controlled vehicles". However the compass icon of vehicles running in autopilot are also removed. This presents a problem when trying to locate a vehicle that has mysteriously flipped upside down due to a leaf, small pebble, or slight gust of wind.

Once the vehicle is no longer being auto-piloted, the marker returns.

The vehicle icon will appear if your truck is parked. It will disappear if you're driving it (intended). It will disappear if it's on auto-pilot (unintended).

Both the pre and post patch mechanics kind of have their place in my opinion.  My compass was an absolute mess before, but now it's nice and clean.  HOWEVER, it sure is a pain in the neck to track down a truck that is still on course, but ran out of fuel for some reason...

A toggle option to swap between modes would be great.

August 28th update: We've removed downvotes! One major reason is because we don't want to discourage folks from posting legitimate suggestions / reports / questions with fear of being mass downvoted (which has been happening a LOT). So we now allow you to upvote what you like, or ignore what you don't. Points have also been adjusted to account for this change.
Please use the search function before posting a new question and upvote existing ones to bring more attention to them, It will help us a lot. <3
