Inside smoke build-up + chimney for enclosed spaces

Question

It would be fun if you placed factories inside that product smoke start building smoke or smog inside the building requiring ventilation or a chimney.

With this feature you would probably also need a buff when succesfully building a factory inside, like increased productivity or something.

I like this idea, but I don't think it needs a buff to build inside. Just the aesthetics of it would do for me.

Would be nice if the smoke would go somewhere other than through the item above it.
