[EA #99133] [QOL] Equip items to available empty slots.

QOL improvement:

It is not possible to quickly equip multiple hand items.
When equipping items out of a container or inventory, the first item equips normally into the first slot. However subsequent items only replace the item in the first slot.

Consider changing the mechanism to fill the first available empty slot, and only then replace the currently held item when no other slots are available.
