Dismantle upgrade

Hi just had an idea for dismantle.

Its pretty long when you want to undo a big factory or so.
Maybe through an upgrade having better options like this one :

When you got the dismantle remote in hand right button "Mark"  what you want to destroy and then left button like now dismantle it but do it for all that you put a "Mark" on !

Marked item could have a shadow on them so you can Mark on /Mark off them easily

We can also add like Shift/Ctrl + dismantle to make dismantle area bigger to dismantle few objects at the same time

I like this idea since it would resolve my issue which is I would like to be able to deselect some items when using the mass dismantle. As of now I can't do that or don't know how.
