Crash on Loading Screen.

Question

Hi Guys.

i buy this game 05/26/2019, and i tried so many times start a new game, but don't work, the game crashes 10s after a click on ''Start New Game''.

I tried everything, nothing works, i don't know what it is, so i need some help.

PC: 

FX 8350 

8GB RAM

GTX 1060 6GB

I'd try reinstalling then. Or maybe disabling anti-virus first. A 1060 should be able to run the game.

Thing's i've tried to solve:
Reinstalling epic and game (twice)
Disabling Anti-Virus and Firewall
Taking a save from my friend
change nvidia specs.

When you reinstall Epic and/or the game, you should be using CCleaner to remove any remaining entries in the registry. Again, when you get an actual error copy+paste the entire thing and I'll have a better idea of what's going on.
