Make craft by hand slower than craft in machines, not otherwise

A slow craft by hand would encourage automation, and later in the game fast automation could be essential to unlock new tiers. Right now you can craft ingredients for space elevator by hand. (75 refined plates, 50 rotors is not much) and you would not have any benefits from having this process automated (ingredients change for every phase of the elevator)

The trick is that you need a couple machines to make it faster. It is optimal now, small amounts should be quickly craftable, but larger are better to assembly.
