A simple Suggestion. Be able to construct a mini Nuke. 3 main uses.
1 clear the Poison Gas fields

2 Bigger Explosions

3 access end game content?

After the explosion the area will be Irradiated and blighted even for the rad suit. Over time the radiation will decay and become usable with the suit on. Then eventually without.

I like the bigger explosion and destroying the gas fields but the rest .. no thanks especially resource node destruction what's the point? you can build over them and they are finite.
