Bug: Power Generation UI Text Overflow

When overclocking a power generator, the power output and time values have too many decimal places and push the rest of the text/icons out of the box in the UI.

For example, unupgraded I see:

50 MW  5.4 sec  XX%

When upgraded to 150% (overclocked) I see:

68.300644 MW  3.953111 sec  XX%

The text is much wider which causes the efficiency icon and text to push outside of the "INPUT" box.

+ der overclock values are simply wrong. 200% of 50MW should be 100MW
