Invisible foundations/ walls

When I play with a friend his hotkeys (1-9) are deleted. Every time when he joins my world.

Also when we build something the foundations are for him invisible. But not all of them. Only the recently placed foundations and then only some of them.  When I destroy and replace them, they are back and he can see them.

I dont know why they are invisible :/
