Geyser in south: Floor to steep

Hi,

I have a problem with the geyser in the south. It was very complicated to place a generator on top of it because most of the time the "floor was too steep". Right besides it is another geyser that worked perfectly and another model of a geyser without any function. I'm not sure how I could do anything different.
