Purchased Satisfactory on Epic games website, but cannot install. Any help would be appreciated. When I open epic launcher it just says Owned under Satisfactory, it does not give the option to install. I did not receive a code to redeem or anything, just confirmation of paypal payment.

You have bought the early acces version of satisfactory. All of what you see right now on youtube/twitch etc is from alpha weekend march 8th til 11th. you would have only acces to it if you had previously signed up for alpha beforehand. Early access starts on march 19th, sorry but you have to wait until then.
