Mk.4 Conveyor Lift missing

So i decided to go to an older save of my world and redo everything, when i got to the point of using mk.4 belts i found that the conveyor lift mk4 wasn't their. I checked to see if i had it unlocked, sure enough i did. Other saves of my game have it in the logistics category, I'm a bit confused why it isn't showing up.

That is an unusual issue, are you playing on the latest Early Access version?

Also would you be willing to share that save with us, so we can investigate it?
