A key to toggle thru snap points with walkways

Several games I have played over the years allow you to toggle thru snap points relative to the target location, cycling thru them with a hotkey. If anyone has tried to fence off a foundation hole for conveyor lifts, you understand how this could help. It seems you have to look at a multitude of locations (and none of them are actually where you want the piece to snap) to get desired placement, if it ever submits to you at all.
