Efficiency miscalculation on assemblers

I have tuned my assemblers to access ~60 screws/minute like the converer is able to do, and then tuned the rest of the inputs to match, my assembler seems to work 100% of the time, but the efficiency display has been going down since, to end up being 0%

Probably a bug, Im now in the process of recalculating what I need for all my lines to work at 100% efficiency. I suggest starting with mass concrete as it really is needed a lot in this game.
