Add The Full List of Items To Smart/Programmable Splitters

I like how there's been a lot of attention to these lately, and hopefully this would be an easy fix: add all available items to the list of filters on smart/programmable splitters. All food, alien carapaces, and nuclear waste are ones I know are missing

I'd rather have an option for searching item faster (like in the recipes index) if you keep adding items here.
