When placing programmable splitters in a line and connect them to the storage container (via conveyor lift), they sometimes do not connect. I put 30 storage containers in a row with 30 programmable splitters below them and connected them with conveyor lifts. Only 7 of the 30 connected. All containers and splitters are 100% aligned with each other.

When removing the programmable splitter and placing a normal splitter in the exact same position with the same rotation, it works perfectly. Placing the programmable splitter back, the problem comes back as well.

In this screenshot it looks like the lifts are not aligned, but you can see the back side of the lift are. The right side is working, the left side is not. The right side also made the clicking sound when placing it to indicate that it is connected, the left side did not. I tried both connecting it to the container first then the splitter and splitter first then container. Both times it had the same issue, the gap shown in the screenshot just goes to the splitter end.

Since the problem is resolved when placing a normal splitter in the same spot as the programmable splitter, makes me think that this is a bug with the programmable splitter.

I hope I have explained this well enough.

After some fiddling around I found the problem exists only with programmable splitters, all the other splitters (including smart splitters) work fine in the same position.
