Spelling/grammar in Obstacle Clearing completion message

The text on completing the Obstacle Clearing milestone says "you are now capable of removing foliage that consists primarily out of wood"

For correctness's sake, this should be "consists primarily of wood", or a different word should be substituted for "consists".
