I know that the feature "slots for Body parts were asked before. But the Shift + Mousewheel thing I did not read before. This feature would still hold the "you can only use one thing at a time" but it makes the switching a lot easier and keeps the inventory clean.
I mean in late game you have 4 body parts lying around in the inventory ;-)
