Game does not respond when loading any save game

I am 607 hours into the game and now it will not load any save file. I AM not in EXPERIMENTAL. I know this question has been asked in previous months but I do not see any posting recently. I played the game fine earlier today then exited. When I booted the game up again a couple hours later it shows not responding in Task Manager no matter which save I try to load

That happened to me too but instead when I fired up the game I couldn't load my save and couldn't even use my backup save.

August 28th update: We've removed downvotes!
