Hello,

Would be great to have a pillar block to put anywhere to build containers or other stuff on it.

You can just build up and use floating foundations. Foundations are supposed to float in the air in game without support by design.

Yes this is an option, but it does not exactly fit the need I encountered.

A floating foundation would fit to the wall / foundation grid bellow or on the side, witch is a huge square and therefore a large grid.
I really meant a pillar that would be placed with the precision of a container or builder (thiner grid) would be great.

Actually you're right, the other question are similar or cover the nearby needs :)
