How do I get the Quartz Crystal recipe?

I have Raw Quartz, and have researched it in MAM, but the arrow on tier 4 to get this map and quartz crystal added to Constructor so I can use my Bauxite hasn't appeared on my Constructor, also the MAM wont analyze any more hard rives, what haven't I done please?

Once you do the research, you have to "buy" the map in the HUB terminal
