Has anyone else experienced a bug where the game freezes or crashes when they're in a vehicle and run over foliage?

Question

When I'm driving in the sugar cube or the truck my game will sometimes freeze up and need to be closed through the task manager when I run over a bush or other small plant. When I reload the game, if I drive over the same plant (or anywhere near it) my game will freeze up and need to be restarted again. Not sure if removing the bush by hand or chainsaw will fix this, because I usually just avoid driving there in the future.

Just tried removing the plant via nobelisk and the game froze again, but recovered

Have you reported this using the in-game feedback tool?  If not, this is your best bet for getting this problem looked at.

I have suffered this as well but a long time ago. I have only really been using the Explorers as they are the only vehicle much faster than just running and not on a track.

@Kelsey Thorton, how exactly does one utilize this tool? A link to an existing tutorial is an acceptable answer
