Equipping weapons while swimming.

It's possible to equip a weapon while swimming, leaving some odd ordering of animations while swimming
You can also just use a tazer against something in the water too.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Jump in some water
2. Open your inventory, and re-equp whatever weapon/gear you want to use
