Respect invert mouse while driving and weird camera controls

It was already mentioned a few times that tractor (all vehicles?) don't respect invert-mouse settings, it feels like the mouse controls in general while driving feel... off. They are incredibly "floaty" instead of being rigid while on foot. While I don't mind VEHICLES being "floaty" in their handling, the camera should be as snappy as always, as it makes things very disorienting otherwise.

Please fix this or add another option for inverting the mouse while driving vehicles.

August 28th update: We've removed downvotes!
