Windows Taskbar shows on applying settings

Applying Settings changes causes Windows Taskbar to pop up, into which the curser can move causing you to lose game focus if you click your mouse there. (Not fullscreen)

I wonder why this is downvoted, this is a really annoying bug. I have my taskbar on the left and after I went into settings and applied changes, the taskbar started showing up on screen. Now the game screen is shifted to the right onto 2nd monitor by the width of the taskbar.

Can't play fullscreen either due to the bugs with DPI handling (true mouse position is not where cursor is rendered)

August 28th update: We've removed downvotes!
