How do I get the patch from EA Launch?

Jace mentioned that there was a day 1 patch to change some recipes, but I don't think I received it. Has it actually gone live yet? Is there a way to force an update if the Epic store isn't saying there is one?

Did you purchase the game and are you using the "Early Access" version and not the "Weekend Alpha" version?

Today I forced a file verification but nothing have changed...

Well, perhaps forgive me for being stupid, but if it's a day1 patch, then won't this be out when the game launches? Early access and launch are two different things. Honestly not following this enough to even know there was a patch due, just playing and testing.
