[EarlyAccess] Possible to place Converyor Poles onto Conveyor Belts & Snapping/Connecting Belts

Hello over there,

it is possible to place Conveyor Poles onto Conveyor Belts and so to build Belts on such placed Poles. Actually it looks like an feature, but it is more of a sort of a bug/glitch. It shouldn't be possible to place Poles onto Belts. Even on turning Belts it is possible to place Poles.

An other Conveyor Belt issue, which was already within the Alpha present, is to connect multiple Belts onto one single Conveyor Pole.

Now imagine both issues altogether. This will be a mess.
