This is just a minor nitpick (class D bug) and my apologies up-front as I forget exactly which unlock results in this particular audio log playing, but there is a HUB upgrade (I believe the one that unlocks Rotor automation) that after completion plays an audio log advising the player they can "now build the Space Elevator", the problem being that the elevator had already been completed hours prior to completing that unlock. Just hurts the immersion of the game a bit.
