After Alt+F4, can't save the game even if it said "Your game is saved"

Quit the game by altF4 or by ending the task in the windows task manager make that, when I launch the game again, I can't save anymore the game. It said "Your game is saved" but no new save appear in the list. Auto save don't work too.

(This is not my firewall or anti-virus)

Y have the same problem since 98904 build.
