Steel production Loophole

why do i need Encased Inustrial Beams ( made out of Steel Beams made from Steel Ingot ) and Steel Pipes ( made out of Steel Ingot ) to build a Foundry which allows me to Smelt Steel Ingots in the first place....... did i miss something along the way ?

ok  after i restarted the game .....  i can now produce steel ingots by hand....

so its fixxed now... the game version on Epic are a bit fu...ed up  my game changed back to the test Weekend version and after another restart i had the Early Acces version back.....
