Remove bushes or little trees

Is there already an option (maybe even earlygame?) for removing bushes/trees which one cannot pick up/farm with "E". I dont mean the big trees, I mean the smaller ones as you can see on the screenshot)

I tried to build my constructor there - just in perfect line to the other buildings -  but it would be some meters up in the air if I would place it there - the bush blocks the place. so I had to place it some meters beside this bush - and my planed design/layout of my factory I had in my head is officially broken from now on ;(

Long story short/ TL;DR

Is there or will there be a tool for remove the unfarmable bushes/trees?

Yes, in mid game, Chainsaw... At Tier 2 i belive.
