Ability to block some storage to allow for "free space" and not have to have the whole container fill.

Inventory management, more precise controls, i.e. shift clicking to move stacks is flimsy.

The availability of a toolbar AND a building bar for shortcuts.

Separate slots for Blade Runners and JetPack. Why can't I have both at the same time?

Central location for management, perhaps a computer mainframe structure that can control all items that are linked via power poles. This way you can set names to buildings, set their recipe, check their status, check power usage for that section of the grid etc.

As a temporary stopgap, you can use stacks of 1 of any item to block off storage slots, assuming you don't have a conveyor leading out from it. The reddit post I saw was using single stacks of leaves.

This is what I do currently, I am hoping for a more permanent solution.

"Inventory management, more precise controls, i.e. shift clicking to move stacks is flimsy."

You can use CTRL-Left Click hold and drag to move all of one item type.

@Revenge It's also very awkward. Why it isn't Ctrl+Click to move all of one item type, I don't know.

Agreed - just information in case you weren't aware.

One major reason is because we don't want to discourage folks from posting legitimate suggestions / reports / questions with fear of being mass downvoted (which has been happening a LOT). So we now allow you to upvote what you like, or ignore what you don't. Points have also been adjusted to account for this change.
Please use the search function before posting a new question and upvote existing ones to bring more attention to them, It will help us a lot. <3
