Need option to copy/paste underclock settings, and machine settings in general

If I'm setting up a low power half/quarter speed factory, it becomes tedious to click the clocking slider and/or click the text and type a number for every single machine.

It is also a bit tedious to manually set the recipe for every smelter/constructor in a single dedicated processing array.

I suggest that we get a way to copy and paste underclock/machine settings. I'm not sure how this would be accomplished, but I assume it would work with a special hotkey to copy the machine settings of a target machine, and a different hotkey to paste those settings into a destination machine or machines. Does Ctrl+left/rightclick do anything right now? Because that's the hotkeys that Factorio uses for this purpose.
