M.A.M. Left Menu Accumulating Unresearchable Items/Duplicates

I've noticed that over the course of the last 6 tiers of gameplay, the M.A.M. menu on the left hand side has an accumulation of duplicate items. This happened after researching items a few times. I didn't keep track of which item was researched when the duplication showed up, but I know it was in the process of the tier unlocks. The names are all gray except for the Hard Drive and Supercomputer research tiers.

I suspect this is caused by the second alien carapace and/or mycelia research, as it not only duplicates itself (how it should be) but also everything else in the list.
